BJ-HP1-1W high diffuse reflective coating is a water-based high reflective glass glaze applied to the back panel of

photovoltaic double glass modules, which is printed onto the glass surface through screen printing and tempered at

650-730 ℃ before melting into the glass, achieving color adhesion and durability.

The coating can effectively improve the power generation efficiency of solar cell modules; Excellent PID resistance, no blackening under 192h dual 85 testing conditions, power attenuation ≤ 1%; The coating has excellent aging resistance and mechanical properties, and can adapt to various outdoor environments. Usage                                                                            

1. Before using this product, please fully stir (30min) it well; the amount of medium should be added according to the recommendation of our technical personnel. The high addition of medium will affect the shading performance (add the

professional medium according to the actual situation on site, and consult our technical personnel).

2. Keep the workplace clean to avoid floating dust adsorbed on the ink surface. In addition, please keep the air unblocked

and avoid high temperature, high temperature and high humidity.

3. After using, please immediately seal the cover and place it under 18 ~ 25 ° C (normal temperature, dry); avoid mixing

sand dust, dust and metal powder into the slurry; please fully mix before use again.
